For over 28 years, Debra has been successfully marketing real estate in the United States and Mexico. As a licensed real estate broker in Wyoming since 1978, Debra has a solid base of knowledge of real estate marketing and sales in resort and residential developments. She has been an active member of the Los Cabos community for the past 13 years, successfully marketing high end real estate, and is proud to have the first three Prudential franchises in Mexico. She is currently a member of the Los Cabos MLS Executive Board, Honor and Justice committee, National Association of Realtors, AMPI, and Past President of the Washakie Board of Realtors.

Steve Dodson

As a golf professional in Los Cabos, as well as a partner in Prudential Cabo Gold, Steve promotes our developments and general real estate through his golf contacts throughout the United States and Mexico. Prior to moving to Los Cabos 13 years ago, Steve played golf on the Golden State Tour in California. Upon his arrival in Los Cabos, Steve worked closely with Dye Design Corporation during the construction phase of the golf course at Cabo San Lucas Country Club, as well as serving as Director of Golf at the Country Club for 10 years. He is currently the teaching professional at Cabo Real Gold Course as well as a consultant on the soon to begin Ranch Golf Course on the Pacifice in Cabo . Steve’s expertise is working with clients that love golf and want to purchase property on or near golf courses. He has many years in sales and promotion.
